Paul VanMeter embraces the Viaduct as a vestige of Philly’s past and an emblem of its future possibilities. A landscape artist with a love of sustainable and spontaneous agriculture, Paul launched a mission to repurpose the remarkable greenway as a public park—a project known as ViaductGreene.
